1. The service
Visibilai is a Shopify app that audits your store for search engines and AI assistants, proposes improvements to your product data, pages and content, applies them only when you approve, tracks a sample of how AI assistants answer test prompts about your products, and reports orders and visits that came from AI assistants together with your Google, Google Analytics and Bing data. It is operated by [company name and address].
2. No guarantee of AI results
AI assistants are run by third parties who decide what they say. Their answers vary and change without notice. Prompt tracking shows a sample of what assistants answered to Visibilai’s test prompts, as ranges; it is not what every shopper sees, and the proof is the traffic and search data that really arrived. We do not promise that any product will be recommended, ranked, cited or sold, or that any change will alter an AI answer or a search result.
3. Your store and your approvals
You install Visibilai through Shopify and can uninstall it at any time. Visibilai changes your store only when you approve a change. You are responsible for checking a proposed change before approving it, including AI-suggested text and attribute values. Applied changes can be undone in the app while it is installed.
4. Plans, trial and billing
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial and are billed by Shopify, in US dollars, through your Shopify invoice. Yearly plans cost about 20% less than twelve monthly payments; Starter is billed monthly. Each plan has its own prompt panel and monthly allowances, shown on the Plan page of the app. Refunds, if any, follow Shopify’s app billing rules and our decision.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Visibilai to break the law or the terms of Shopify or the AI providers, to put personal data into text you write in the app, to probe or attack other websites, or to resell its output as your own service.
6. Third-party services
Visibilai relies on Shopify, on AI providers (OpenAI, Perplexity and Anthropic, which answer Visibilai’s test prompts on the plans that include them, and OpenAI, which also writes drafts for you to approve; see the privacy policy) and on the other services listed there. Their availability and terms are outside our control.
7. Data
Your store data stays yours. We process it as described in the privacy policy.
8. Liability

9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms and will tell you in advance of material changes. You can stop using Visibilai at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
